Apply for Pathfinder

What this pilot is

A private programme for 30 young people who are seeking a clear sense of purpose and direction, produced in association with Synapse Health. Pathfinder focuses on resolving one question: what life path is most aligned to what brings you joy, fulfilment and prosperity? The first 30 to sign up will receive privileged access to a group training workshop to complete the full Pathfinder process. Your feedback within 30 days is part of the agreement.

How Pathfinder works

You move through a structured process that captures four areas of your life in your own words: what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. Each area is explored in depth, generating a body of personal data that reflects how you actually think and feel. Pathfinder then identifies the path that appears across all four areas at once, and you receive a clear direction with a way to move toward it.
