• Week 2 — Commercial Architecture

  Products and services are defined in exquisite detail. The business model is built. Pricing logic is explored. The full map of necessary suppliers, partners, and collaborators is drawn.

• Week 3 — Strategic and Legal Foundations

  Go-to-market strategy is sketched at a high level. Legal structure options are evaluated against your specific situation. The optimal jurisdiction for incorporation is assessed. Regulatory considerations are identified and clearly flagged.

• Week 4 — Viability and Risk

  A basic feasibility study is completed. Downside scenarios are planned honestly. The full Concept Lab Document is reviewed, refined, and handed over.
