How it works

Scoping first: the engagement is scoped before it begins. Role, mandate, outcomes, authority, and scope boundaries all defined in advance. Every engagement is governed by a formal contract covering scope, fees, payment terms, communication protocol, IP, and termination conditions. Time commitment is 1.5 to 2 working days per week, fixed unless extended by written agreement. Weekly strategic alignment call with the founder, 45 to 60 minutes. Direct operational work on agreed priorities between calls. Dedicated Slack channel with same working day response within agreed hours. Formal quarterly review of the engagement.

Total Investment

£54,000. 9-month minimum at £6,000 per month. Rolling quarterly thereafter. Scoped before commencement. Valentine's fees should represent a comfortable and considered investment for an organisation at genuine operational scale. Fee-only. No equity. No revenue share. No commission arrangements of any kind.
